Bedrooms were big, staff was PLEASANT. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. The breakfast had good choice of options and included coffee and croissants. The owner is friendly.

So glad we choose it, it's easy base for staying in Venice. A kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meals.
